The 12th plenary meeting of the 9th Central Committee of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League was held in Pyongyang on the 3rd.

  Present there were members and alternate members of the youth league central committee.

  The plenary meeting discussed the issues on thoroughly implementing the decision of the 8th Congress of the WPK and on convening the 10th Congress of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League.
